More than just a pretty face

To make an impact, you’ll need digital design and experiences that prompt, nudge, and reduce (or sometimes increase) friction. With our performance-based approach to CX and UX, we’ll reinvent how your business faces the world.

Put your customer first and results will follow

User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) designs are often referred to as the ‘phase of realisation’ here at BBT. It comes after exploring the goals and priorities of the customer with the digital habits and behaviours of the target audience. Starting with site mapping and information architecture, you’ll see the scale of your project or digital product and get a sense of the traffic flow needed to achieve your business objectives. Next, use wireframing to objectively plan the layout of each page, and the functions aligned with the goals of the page. Follow this by concurrently designing the UI and UX so that the digital product is both aesthetically pleasing and delightful to use.

Your UI/UX warm-up

At BBT, we’ve designed impactful websites, software and digital products for various industry sectors. Here are some starting points we recommend you think about and do before embarking on your project.

1

Put your customer's needs before your own, make it easy for them and align with the objectives of your website

2

Your digital product is likely the most frequent touchpoint of your brand. Think about how you can showcase your brand story, values, and differences through design.

3

First-party data - your website shouldn't be just an online brochure; it needs to generate data for better customer personalisation and conversion.

4

Your content on each page should be optimised for Search Engine Optimisation from the get-go

5

Resist the temptation to overcrowd your page, design and content; sometimes less is more.
